The structure consists of a typical Tuscan farmhouse, with more than 300 years of history, and a 5000-meter extension garden.
In summer we offer the use of a small pool.
In this structure where we live throughout the year, we offer apartments ideal for spending holidays in Tuscany, long or short.
The apartments are also rented for long periods, for those who have to spend a longer period in Pisa for reasons of work and study.
Additionally, the proximity to the Hospital of Santa Chiara allows a comfortable logistical support for visits to any relatives admitted to the hospital.
The strategic location at the edge of Pisa’s historic center , allows you to easily reach the property by car, park and be able to access the motorway.

Outside each apartment there is a covered veranda that will allow you to have lunch or dinner outdoors.

Upon arrival
Check-in: 12:00 am
However, the rooms will be available from 12.oo onwards. If you arrive at the B & B before the check-in time, please inform us so we can give you directions. In case the room is free, you can check in without problems, in case it is occupied you can leave your suitcase in the living room.
Check-out: 10:30 am
We kindly ask customers to leave the room before 10:30, so that cleaning can take place.
If necessary, suitcases can be left in the common area.
In case of unforeseen events and arrivals after the stated time, please advise to guarantee a quick check in.
Cancellation Policy
If your reservation is canceled before 15 days from check-in you will not be charged.
We therefore invite our guests to inform us of any cancellations within 15 days from the date of arrival by e-mail.
If the guest does not comply with the commitment made with the booking, the deposit will not be returned and will be retained as a penalty.

It is about 2 kilometers from the airport to the apartments. We advise you to go through the underpass of via Gabba, even if it seems that google does not recognize this underpass for cars and pedestrians.
Public service
Take a train that stops at Pisa San Rossore station.
Or take the Red LAM to Via Bonanno and from there continue on foot 500 meters.
Or take Line 5 to the roundabout between Via Andrea Pisano and Via Ranuccio Binchi Bandinelli which leaves about 100 meters from the apartments.
By car
The Holiday Apartments the Ancient Ships are located about 4 Kilometers from Pisa Galileo Galilei Airport.
You can get there from the center, or via the Aurelia.
Taxi
To travel around 4 kilometers, it could cost between 15 and 20 euros.

To arrive from the airport you could follow different itineraries.
Take the People Mover to the airport at Central Station.
From there take a train that stops at Pisa San Rossore station.

Reaching the apartments the ancient ships by car is very easy!
From the:
Exit at Pisa Centro, follow the Aurelia in a northerly direction and at the roundabout with Via Andrea Pisano continue until you reach the San Rossore station.
Exit at Pisa Nord, continue on the Aurelia in a southerly direction, and at the roundabout with Via Andrea Pisano continue until you reach the station of San Rossore.
From other directions: if you arrive from the city center, the recommended access is from the underpass of via Gabba.

Nicoletta was very quick and kind in always answering our questions. The house is exactly like in the pictures. It is in a convenient location for visiting Pisa and a 2 minute walk from San Rossore station.
