What are you paying for?
Prices depend substantially on the following:
Lengh of Stay and in which Season
- May/September/October are Low Season
- June/July are Medium Season
- August is High Season
Size and Characteristics of the apartment
Logically, the price of the apartment increases according to the number of beds available.
To have an apartment with a terrace and a sea view, an added cost will be required.
Rates Include:
- Lights, Hot and Cold Water, Gas
- Air Conditioning
- Fresh linen and bedding for the Beds and Bathroom, Weekly Service
- Wifi
- All taxes
A Security deposit of € 150 is to be paid on arrival to guarantee the return of the apartment in perfect condition and without damages
Mandatory Cleaning Tariffs
- Ionio, Egeo, Tirreno, Indiano: 60 €
- Ligure, Pacifico: 65 €
- Adriatico, Mediterraneo, Atlantico: 75 €
* The above prices do not include the cleaning of the kitchen area.
Possible Additional Costs
Extra cleaning fee of € 50 if the kitchen area is left dirty
Extra Bed: 10 € a day
Pets: Not Allowed

Payment
Once the estimated prcie has been accepted, a deposit must be paid to reserve the apartment:
Advance payment: 30% of the amount by bank transfer needs to be payed in advance
The Remainder of the payement: to be payed upon delivery to the apartment (cash or check, no Bancomat or Credit Cards)
Check-in
Arrival: within the hours; 17:00 pm to 20:00 pm.
Notify via telephone for arrivals at any other times.
In the case of early arrivals, we can not guarantee immediate access to the apartment.
Check-out
Partenze: before 9:00 am
For any different departure times, we kindly ask you to arrange these with the reception.
Cancellation Policy
In the case of cancellation will be retained:
- up to 30 days before the start of your stay: 50% of the deposit requiered
- less than 30 days before the start of your stay: 100% of the deposit requiered.
In the case of interruption of your stay: no refund possible for early departure or forfeiture of your stay
