About the Apartments
Located on the east side of a grand 16th-century villa, the apartments were renovated in 2006 to combine modern design with historic charm.
Each apartment provides access to a welcoming outdoor area, offering a harmonious blend of comfort and tradition.
Inside, the apartments are equipped with fully functional kitchens, including an electric hob, microwave, and kettle. Additionally, each apartment boasts a covered veranda, ideal for enjoying meals in the fresh air.

Depending on your mode of transport — whether arriving by car, plane, or train — follow these steps to reach our location in Pisa.
From the Central Train Station
- On Foot: The apartments are approximately 2 kilometers from the Central Train Station. We recommend using the underpass on Via Gabba, even if it’s not recognized by Google Maps.
- Public Transport:
- Option 1: Take a train to Pisa San Rossore Station.
- Option 2: Red LAM bus to Via Bonanno and walk 500 meters to the apartments.
- Option 3: Line 5 to the roundabout at Via Andrea Pisano and Via Ranuccio Binchi Bandinelli, located just 100 meters from the apartments.
From the Airport
- Public Transport:
- Take the People Mover from the airport to Central Train Station.
- Follow how to reach us from the Central Train Station.
- By Car: The Apartments are about 4 kilometers from Pisa Galileo Galilei Airport. You can reach the apartments from the city center or via the Aurelia route.
- Taxi: A taxi ride covering approximately 4 kilometers from the airport to the apartments typically costs between 20 and 25 euros.
By Car
- From Pisa Centro: Exit at Pisa Centro and follow the Aurelia north. At the roundabout with Via Andrea Pisano, continue until you reach San Rossore Station.
- From Pisa Nord: Drive to the apartments effortlessly. Exit at Pisa Nord, head south on the Aurelia, and continue to the roundabout at Via Andrea Pisano, then proceed until you arrive at San Rossore Station.
- From Other Directions: If coming from the city center, use the underpass of Via Gabba for convenient access to the apartments.
